Do you use mylar bags?

No, Mylar bags are nothing more than plastic bags and they tend to get holes and compromise the quality of the food and allow oxygen to get in. All of our dehydrated and freeze dried foods are packaged in poly-metal bags and have oxygen absorbers inside of the pouches. They all have zip locks tops so that you can open a pouch and use a couple of servings and then reseal it. Since they have oxygen absorbers inside, you can then reseal the bag and it will still stay fresh for up to 12 months after they have been opened.

As of February 2020, our freeze dried food line has been discontinued. We are working on new configurations to bring you later in 2020. Thank you
