An item is missing from my shipment.

We apologize for any inconveniences. Once you have opened all the packages, including the case boxes inside of the packaging boxes and confirmed that you are missing an item, please contact us at 1-800-719-7650 or email us at info@survivalcavefood.com with your name and order number.
There could be a second shipment on the way, but if we made a mistake in packaging we will be more than happy to send you anything you are missing from your order.
