Shelf life
Our meats are slow pressure cooked inside of the can at 240 degrees which gives you a very tender meat, juicy and delicious! Because we slow pressure cook the meat inside of the can, air never reaches the cooked product which allows for a shelf life of 12-15 years, although some people believe it could last 30-35 years.
